My hands sweat during yoga & I have struggled for years trying to hold my D'ward Dog while slowly sliding down my mat.I tried the "yoga paws" but they were a total waste of money. This 'Thirsty' mat is a lifesaver!!
No slipping & I have greatly improved my practice. I noticed no odor with my mat contrary to what another reviewer stated .I love this mat & wish I had one years ago. The only caveat is that this mat offers no padding so it isn't kind to your back. I solved this by simply putting the 'Thirsty' mat on top of my old"regular" mat so I have no slipping & my back stays comfortable while lying down.I *love* this mat!
